The March 14 General Secretariat called on the Lebanese people to hold onto their country and to favor its interests over those of their sects and political parties.

In a statement issued following its weekly meeting, the coalition stressed that national unity shields Lebanon from extremism and violence, reaffirming its unwavering support for the Army as the country’s sole defender.
