President Barack Obama kicked off his appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Thursday by reading his very own mean tweets.

During the segment, Obama was confronted with all kinds of crazy criticisms, and the stakes seemed even higher than the waistband on his jeans.

Twitter user @RWSurfergirl asked, "Is there a way we could fly Obama to some golf course halfway around the world and just leave him there?"

To which Obama responded, "I think that's a great idea," drawing big laughs from the studio crowd. He was probably wondering if Hawaii counts.

And “T.” had riffed on Obama’s mom jeans roughly a year ago: I am alright with the President wearing jeans. I am not alright with the President wearing THOSE jeans.
