Lebanese Singer Nicole Saba and her sister-in-law Actress Ward al-Khal were both subjected to separate attacks after publishing photos of Jesus Christ and the Holy Cross on Instagram.

Saba noted that she was quite saddened by all the negative religious and sectarian slurs she was subjected to in the comments below her photo.

She was shocked that some would take her personal views and attempt to distort them by publishing such hateful and disgraceful comments.

Ward al-Khal stood up to Saba and shared her comments, noting that she herself was subjected to the same hate speech.

Al-Khal reminded her followers that she was born into a mixed family to a Christian father and a Muslim mother, noting that she respects all religions alike.
