Islamist groups and pro-regime forces in Syria have agreed to a 48-hour ceasefire in towns in the northwest of the countery and along the Lebanese borders, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports.
According to the Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman, a48-hour ceasefire agreement has been signed in Zabadani, Fuaa, and Kafraya between Ahrar al-Sham and local rebels from one end, and Hezbollah on the other.”
