The first Russian charter flight carrying tourists to Turkey since a diplomatic crisis erupted eight months ago landed Saturday in the Turkish resort hub of Antalya, NTV television said.

The plane carrying 189 tourists landed at Antalya's international airport after President Vladimir Putin last month officially lifted restrictions on tourism to Turkey following the resolving of a crisis sparked by Ankara's shooting-down of a Russian war plane in November.
