Minister of Information Melhem Riachy is set to sign a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations Information Center in Beirut at 12:30 pm on Monday, February 5, at the Ministry of Information.
The memorandum will cover the aspects of cooperation between the two parties over the next stage.
