MP Ziad Hawat wrote today on his X account:
"The Lebanese people await a clear, unequivocal decision from the long-awaited Cabinet session next Tuesday regarding the handing over of illegal weapons, according to a specific timetable to be implemented within a short period of time, in accordance with the Constitution and the Taif Agreement."
He added, "This is how the process of establishing the state begins. Without it, we continue to live in tragedy and hell."
Hawat considered that "a fateful national responsibility falls on the shoulders of the President of the Republic and the Council of Ministers."
"Don't waste time...and don't waste Lebanon," he underlined.
