Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmad al-Hajjar issued a decision banning the movement of trucks in the Beirut and Mount Lebanon governorates.
The ban will be in effect from 8:30 am on Sunday, November 30, 2025, until 9:30 pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in preparation for the visit of Pope Leo XIV.
