The Meteorological Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects tomorrow’s weather to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with no change in temperatures. Humid conditions will continue along the coast, increasing the feeling of heat, while winds will occasionally become active and fog will form at times over mid-altitude mountains.

General conditions: Relatively hot air masses originating from the Arabian Peninsula are affecting Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin, leading to rising temperatures, especially in mountainous and inland areas. High humidity along the coast will increase the feeling of heat.

Average July temperatures: Tripoli: 31°C to 23°C — Beirut: 32°C to 24°C — Zahle: 34°C to 18°C.

Expected weather in Lebanon:

Sunday: Slightly cloudy to partly cloudy at times, with fog over the mountains. Temperatures will continue to rise in high-altitude and inland areas, exceeding seasonal averages, while high humidity along the coast will increase the feeling of heat.
Monday: Slightly cloudy to partly cloudy, with no change in temperatures. Humid conditions will continue along the coast, increasing the feeling of heat. Winds will occasionally become active, and fog may form over mid-altitude mountains.
Tuesday: Slightly cloudy to partly cloudy, with fog over higher elevations. Temperatures will remain stable, accompanied by high humidity that will increase the feeling of heat.
