The seventh round of Lebanon-Israel negotiations, held under US mediation, concluded in Rome, Italy.

According to MTV information, the meetings focused on expanding the scope of the pilot areas amid Israeli reluctance. The Lebanese delegation presented alternative proposals and discussed the criteria governing the verification mechanism, in addition to addressing the issue of civilian and military detainees.
