Israeli Army spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an urgent warning to residents of southern Lebanon, which read as follows:
"The Israel Defense Forces will soon attack Hezbollah military infrastructure across southern Lebanon in response to its prohibited attempts to rebuild its activities in the area. We issue an urgent warning to residents of the buildings marked in red on the attached maps and to the neighboring buildings in the following villages:
- Meiss El Jabal
- Kfar Tebnit
- Dibbine
You are in buildings used by Hezbollah. For your safety, you must evacuate these buildings and the neighboring ones immediately and stay at least 500 meters away. Remaining in these buildings puts you at risk."
