وصل الرجل الثاني في المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي محمود جبريل الى طرابلس، بحسب ما اكد مسؤول في المجلس وقيادي عسكري.
وقال خالد نجم المسؤول الاعلامي الرفيع المستوى في المجلس "وصل جبريل اليوم الى طرابلس وبدأ يعقد اجتماعات".
