27 Killed, 69 Injured in Just Three Days
The Health Emergency Operations Center has released a preliminary casualty toll from the Israeli attacks over the past three days, reporting 27 fatalities and 69 injuries so far, including children, women and medics, as follows:

Monday, September 7 — Kfarreman: 12 fatalities and 10 injured so far

The death toll from the targeted house has risen to 11 following the deaths of three of those injured, one child and two women. The toll now stands at 11 fatalities at the targeted house, including two children and four women, and eight injured, including three children and a medic from the Health Authority.

The strike on a car in the same town also killed a medic from the Al Risala Scouts and injured two others affiliated with the organization.

Sunday, September 6 — Final toll: 11 fatalities and 26 injured

Arab Salim: 2 fatalities and 6 injured, including two girls.

Kfarreman: Four injured.

Nabatieh al Fawqa, Fakhr El Din parking area: 2 fatalities and 5 injured, including 2 media workers, in 2 separate strikes.

Nabatieh, Al Rahbat neighborhood: 8 injured, including 1 girl and 2 women.

Nabatieh al Tahta: 2 injured, including 1 child.

Nabatieh al Fawqa: 7 fatalities and 1 injured.

Saturday, September 5

Zawtar al Gharbiyah: 1 injured.

Friday night into Saturday — Final toll: 4 fatalities and 32 injured

Nabatieh: 1 fatality and 3 injured, including 1 woman.

Kfarreman, Nabatieh District: 2 fatalities.

Mayfadoun, Nabatieh District: 1 fatality, aged 18, and 9 injured, including 3 women and 2 children.

Nabatieh al Fawqa: 2 injured.

Al Kfour, Nabatieh District: 1 injured.

Al Rmaydiyeh, Tyre District: 16 injured, including 3 children, 4 women and 6 medics.

Ain al Tineh, Western Bekaa: 1 injured.
