Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the attack that targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh on Saturday, killing 12 civilians and injuring more than 300 others.
The ministry reiterated that targeting vital facilities and civilians constitutes a flagrant violation of the principles of international law and the rules of international humanitarian law.
It also firmly rejected any infringement on the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, expressing Lebanon’s full solidarity with the Kingdom and its people and reaffirming its support in the face of any attack threatening the security of the country and the safety of its citizens and residents.
