In a joint statement, 'Touch' and 'Alfa' clarified that their networks are still experiencing occasional and unexpected disruptions caused by outside sources, particularly along the waterfront stretching across the Beirut, Keserwan, and Jbeil coastline, which is affecting service quality for their subscribers.

The two companies reiterated their apologies to subscribers for the inconvenience caused by this interference and affirmed that they are maintaining close coordination with the Ministry of Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, and other concerned parties to find swift solutions and restore services to normal.
