"President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, and Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri, have tasked the security services to coordinate with each other and take the necessary measures during the holidays so as to reduce and prevent security incidents," the Higher Defense Council said in a statement issued in the wake of the meeting held on Wednesday at the presidential palace.
