The Lebanese army announced on Tuesday that the ammonium nitrate seized in Arsal are fertilizers that do not contain chemicals used in the manufacturing of explosives. 

"As a result of tests conducted on samples, the ammonium nitrate found in the village of Arsal turned out to be fertilizers and free of any chemical compounds used in the manufacturing of explosives," the military's Directorate of Orientation said in a statement.
