Minister of State for Administrative Development Affairs, Ambassador Najla Riachy, on Tuesday received in her office at the ministry the Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Chantal Chastenay.

The meeting had been an occasion to discuss issues of common interest, especially the means that the Canadian Embassy could support the Ministry, notably in the Transparency Enhancement Program and the Anti-Corruption Strategy, as well as the plan for the implementation of the Right to Information Law.

The pair also held a tour d’horizon bearing on the current general situation and the new government’s reform strategies and initiatives.
