Education Minister issues decision regarding opening or closing schools

The Media Office of the Lebanese Education Ministry announced on Thursday that "following security assurances given to the Ministry yesterday evening, the decision was taken to announce that today is a normal working day in schools.

"But by following up on the emergency security situation today, we hope that each school in Beirut will decide to open or close its doors according to the requirements of these circumstances."
