Judge Oweidat clarifies news about halting the interrogation of Geagea

State Prosecutor, Judge Ghassan Oweidat issued the following clarification:

"The media reported news that the Public Prosecutor had decided to halt the decision of the government commissioner to the military court to listen to the head of the Lebanese Forces Party, while it is not true. No such decision was issued, especially not in the reported form. However, the government commissioner's signal to the military court to assign the Intelligence Directorate to listen to the head of the Lebanese Forces party is a matter that will be followed up by the concerned authorities to find out whether the Intelligence Directorate or the commissioned judge should interrogate, without any specific time limit."
