The newly-elected Sheikh Akl of the Unitarian Druze Community, Dr. Sami Abi Al-Muna, on Tuesday welcomed at the House of the Druze Community in Beirut, the Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon, Waleed bin Abdullah Bukhari, and an accompanying delegation, in the presence of the Democratic Gathering MP Wael Abu Faour.

Ambassador Bukhari congratulated Sheikh Abi Al-Muna on his Druze Sheikh Akl post.

Discussions reportedly touched on an array of currently proposed matters and issues, underlining the historical relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Unitarian Druze community.
