Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Abdallah Bou Habib, received on Thursday a German delegation headed by the Director of Political Affairs at the German Foreign Ministry, Philip Ackermann. The meeting touched on current issues, especially the emerging crisis between Lebanon and the Gulf states. Conferees also discussed bilateral relations and the aid provided by Germany to Lebanon.

Minister Bou Habib later met with French Ambassador, Anne Grillo, and they discussed present matters and Lebanon's relations with the Arab world on the one hand, and with European and Western countries on the other hand.

The Minister and his guest also tackled the possibility of Bou Habib visiting France, as an expression of the depth of relations between the two countries.
