Fenianos' lawyer files a lawsuit to dismiss the judge in charge of the case against Bitar

Former Minister Youssef Fenianos' lawyer has filed a lawsuit against Judge Rosine Hujaili, counselor at the Court of Appeal in Beirut, which is looking into the case of dismissing Judge Tarek Bitar, which is chaired by, Judge Habib Mezher instead of Judge Nassib Elia.
