Culture Minister Mohammad Mortada on Wednesday left Beirut bound for Paris at the head of an official delegation to represent Lebanon at the 41st session of UNESCO’s General Conference. 

Mortada is scheduled to deliver Lebanon’s speech tomorrow. He will also hold talks with a number of official figures.
