Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Dr. Abdallah Bou Habib, on Thursday welcomed in his office the ambassadors of Sweden Ann Dismorr, of Switzerland Dr. Marion Weichelt, and of Germany Andreas Kindl, where they requested Lebanon’s support for the Stockholm Initiative, the Berlin Declaration including the “stepping stones” document, and the two related working papers, which are set to be discussed at the tenth Review Conference of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT), to be held in New York next January.

Separately, Minister Bou Habib met with the Organization for Migration IOM's Head in Lebanon, Mathieu Luciano, who came on an acquaintance visit.

Discussions touched on the tasks undertaken by the Organization and the technical cooperation projects between the IOM, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as other relevant ministries.
