Minister of Education Abbas Halabi followed up Saturday on the issue of certificates given to Iraqis by a number of Lebanese universities, whereby he made several contacts with the official Iraqi authorities and instructed his Ministry’s administration to keep him posted with the verified information on this matter and follow-up with the concerned universities to collect the correct data.

This dossier is scheduled to be at the top of the Minister’s concerns upon his return from Paris where he is partaking in the works of UNESCO’s 41st session held at the organization's headquarters in the French capital, where he discussed with the donors seeking support for the implementation of the five-year plan and the return to school.
