Head of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee, MP Michel Moussa, tweeted today saying: "Congratulations to Ambassador Caroline Ziadeh for her appointment as United Nations Secretary-General's Special Representative and Head of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo...The Lebanese diplomacy lost her as a distinguished ambassador, but won her, alongside the UN, as its ambassador on an international mission."
