Head of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee, MP Michel Moussa, tweeted on Saturday: “On the International Day for People with Special Needs, Lebanon is still far from implementing Law 220/2000, which seeks to integrate them into society... So we aim within the Human Rights Committee to make amendments to the law, especially after the Parliament approved the international agreement last April."
