Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri on Wednesday met at the Second Presidency in Ain el-Tineh with Deputy House Speaker Elias Bou Saab, with whom he reviewed the current general situation, political developments, the dialogue issue and legislative affairs.

Speaker Berri also met with the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Joanna Wronecka.

Berri later received the President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture in Lebanon, head of economic bodies, and former minister Mohammed Choucair, and the head of the Beirut Municipal Council Engineer Jamal Itani, with discussions reportedly touching on the current general situation and relevant developmental affairs.
