Palestine's President Mahmoud Abbas voiced skepticism, during the Arab summit, over Israel's resolve to release frozen palestinian tax revenues, as it had recently declared.
"Israel had announced the release of tax funds but we haven't received the money yet," Abbas said, noting that the Israeli authority might decide to impose a salvo of terms before they would meet their end of the deal.
"They collect this money under our name then they deduct 3%; they could easily withhold it from us if they wished to," he added.
