Israeli newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth, published on Friday a report on the demonstrations in Lebanon, prepared by an Italian journalist who coordinated with the mentioned newspaper and selected a random image of a Lebanese female protester to be put on the cover.
This has sparked controversy on social networking sites, where many people accused the young protester of dealing with the Israeli "enemy" and of being intrusive among the demonstrators. As a result, she received many accusations and insults.
However, after contacting MTV website, the young woman confirmed that she has nothing to do with this newspaper and that she is "attending demonstrations in Zouk like any other Lebanese protester." She asserted her innocence of anything claimed against her and that she will sue everyone accusing her in this systematic campaign.
