A woman says she's "retiring" from nights out after a man she met in a club asked her for a refund for the drinks he bought her - because they didn't hook up.
Chloe Matthews shared a message she received from a man she met in a club the night before on Twitter.
The student paramedic wrote: "So a guy bought me a drink when I was out last night and I gave him my number and...
"Chlo Matt is officially retiring from nights out."
The texts start off quite innocently, with the man double checking her number after meeting her in a nightclub.
Chloe replies "we met in Atik last night", and he clarifies who she is by asking if she was the "girl in the denim dress".

"He'll still owe you and you can tell him to use the balance for admission to charm school. What a plonker."
Someone else thought: "Say 'sure', get his bank details and sign him up for a £20/mo donation to an animal charity or something."
A third said: "Imagine his demands had you gone for a meal."
Another person asked: "This is a joke surely? Is this what society has come to?"
This person commented: "Should have transferred a penny with a cutting insult in the payment ref.
"Would have come out on the bank statement."
Chloe later confirmed she didn't pay him anything.
