MTV Website has learned that the Lebanese Central Bank will continue its procedures to impose Sayrafa platform on the black market. This policy has given a clear result in recent days with a decline in the dollar’s price on the black market, which was the first of its kind in a long time.

Sources indicate that the Central Bank will take a decision to raise the ceiling of transfers via the platform, which is currently 100 million Lebanese pounds per month, to become much higher.

This measure would lead to a further decline in the dollar's price on the black market.
