The General Secretariat of the Cabinet issued later on the following statement: 'Due to the inability to reach the required number of ministers to secure the legal quorum for the Cabinet session, the Prime Minister has decided to postpone the Cabinet session scheduled for today at 12:30 pm to 9:30 am next Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
