In the attached photos, MTV reveals the letter of caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati and the response of National Defense Minister Maurice Slim.

Minister Slim told MTV that he “responded to Mikati’s letter at 9:00 am before the session, as the Secretariat of the Ministry of Defense received it at 2:00 pm yesterday.”
