A massive fire broke out near a gas station on the outskirts of Malaysia's capital, Kuala Lumpur, and continued for several hours.

The fire, caused by a gas pipeline explosion, spread to several homes, sending a column of flames rising into the sky in a suburb outside Kuala Lumpur, the largest city in Malaysia. More than 100 people were reported injured.

Residents said they felt tremors in the doors and windows of their homes, and they believe it was due to the explosion of the fire earlier.
