Foreign Press Club in Rome paid tribute to Lebanese journalist and writer Talal Khreis in the presence of Lebanese and Armenian ambassadors to Rome, Mira Daher and Victoria Bagdassarian, on Thursday.

The Lebanese diplomat said on this occasion: "We need colleagues like Talal Khreis, who embody the truth in a friendly country like Italy, with whom we have historic relations."

The ambassador of Armenia, in turn, affirmed that "Talal Khreis defends just and humanitarian causes, next to his work in favor of Armenia."
