Secretary of the Democratic Gathering bloc, MP Hadi Abou Hassan, tweeted today, saying: "To end the controversy and the misleading attempts, the Democratic Gathering affirms and reiterates its constant stances in reducing the voting age to 18 years, approving the women's quota and the right of expatriates to vote, and we call on the blocs to discuss and vote on these proposals…Has the absurdity of the advocates of change reached the point of obliterating the facts?”
