Maronite Patriarch, Bechara Boutros Rahi, on Friday welcomed at the patriarchal edifice in Bkerke the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Coordinator in Lebanon, Joanna Wronecka, with whom he broached the current situation in light of the most recent developments.

The Maronite Patriarch also met with a delegation representing Solidarity insurance's Board of Directors, headed by Charles el-Hajj. 

The delegation briefed Rahi on the company's new programs "in light of the worsening social and living difficulties", as well as on its firm commitment to stand by the Lebanese people.
