Caretaker Minister of Culture, Judge Mohammad Wissam Mortada, on Friday stressed that all what’s required to rebuild Lebanon was “dialogue and agreement over a common word.”
“Speaker Nabih Berri's call for dialogue falls within this framework, which is awareness that dialogue is the positive reference that solves all disagreements and mitigates all tension,” Mortada added.
The Culture Minister’s words came during his sponsorship and inauguration of the library ship "Logos Hope" at Beirut Port, in the presence of the ship's captain and crew, as well as a number of ambassadors, cultural, literary and educational bodies.
